Bought boots at a vintage shop but teared after two wears, can I get a refund?
I bought a pair of boots at a vintage shop a few days ago but the bottom soul has all ripped off after only two wears. The shop is a vintage shop so it doesn't do full refunds but store credit/money or exchange - but in my case will I legally be entitled to get a full refund since the boots failed to meet up to quality and broke after two wears? Thank you.
I have the receipt, the boots were bought 5 days ago.
if you dont have a reciept id say no. in addition, some stores say when you buy it, you have to keep it, wheter you have a reiept or not; mostly because you wore them already.
