What is a simple program to view a capture card?
I have a capture card hooked up to my TV tuner, can someone recommend a good software to simply watch what is hooked up to it? Preferably one that uses little resources, and no lag, because I want to play video games on it. Both Nero and Windows Movie Maker work, but they use too many resources, and there is a slight lag in the video.
VLC media player supports capturing from some devices. After installing, choose File menu >> Open Capture Device...
VLC media player is a fairly tidy player that does not use lots of resources.
