What is a good photo picture editing software for free ?
I am into scrap booking. And would like to download a free photo editing software that I could use for that purpose? Thanks.
For light photo editing, Google Picasa, Paint.Net and FastStone Image Viewer are excellent.

For more professional editing, the Gimp is unmatchable in features. It rivals Adobe Photoshop to the very end.
