Who fought in the spanish american war?
I belive there was a pre war to the spanish american war was there and if so who fought in that war.
For 30 years before the start of the Spanish-American War, there had been on-again, off-again conflicts between the Spanish and insurrectos or those who wanted a free and independent Cuba. In time, many people in the United States and the US government would become sympathetic with the cause of the Cuban revolutionaries.
