Can a soldier marry an officer in the US Military?
My fiance is a soldier in the US Army and I will soon be getting my commission as an officer in the US Air Force. Is this considered a breach in military code? Will they authorize it? We are both under contract (he's enlisted and i am in ROTC) so can they force me to give up my command, or stop him from reenlisting?
YES you can get married, you just cant date because its considered fraternization. Stupid, i know but the military can never tell you who you can and cannot mary.
