I stayed at Key West, and my cousins were staying at Saratoga Springs, so I have been there. It is soooo cute. However, just a heads up, it is a short walk to Downtown Disney- depending on where your room is. We walked from Downtown Disney to my cousins room and it took us forever, lol. But in any case they offer a ferry service to take you there if you're not to keen on walking.
It's a great place for older people, like teens+ as it focuses more on replicating the city rather than amplifying Disney. That goes for both Saratoga Springs and Key West. So if you're looking to entertain children, they might not be impressed.
I think it's a great place if you're going with a large group- we had 6 people staying in our room and had extra room for maybe 2 more, and my cousins had 7 people staying comfortably in their room. Or if you're staying for a while, like a week or more, because the rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room. We had a big living room and balcony at Key West- my cousins room was a little smaller than ours at Saratoga, but that might have been cause they bought a TON of stuff.
The rooms had a master bedroom with a king size bed, a spacious bathroom including the sunken bathtub, a second bedroom with 2 queen size beds (I'm pretty sure they were queens), their own bathroom space, the laundry room, kitchen, living room with pull out bed, dining area, and balcony. I love that they had a dining area, because most hotels give you a tiny table with two chairs and it's hard to deal with if you're trying to eat.
The one problem with Key West, which I'm sure was the same issue at Saratoga cause it's pretty much laid out the same way- depending on where your room is, it might be a long walk to the pool. If the pool is something you enjoy doing and you can help it, try requesting a room nearby.
