I feel alone while in a group of people. I have a hard time relating and with people, How do I overcome it?
I have a very difficult time communicating with people without offending. I also feel like an outcast when in a group of people. I know it's probably a personality disorder but I want to overcome it. I just don't know how. Help Me please!
The way to overcome your problems is to face them. You need to socialize more often with people. In the beginning, you could just observe and not say anything and just learn. Read more books and newspapers and update yourself with useful knowledge so that when ppl talk to you, you say intelligent things. Dun overdo it though or they will think you arrogant. You will learn what is offensive language and what is not. Sometimes, when you are unsure what is going to sound offensive to someone, you can start by saying "I know this may sound a little upsetting, but.... "
Anyway it's best to keep quiet rather than make enemies out of others with your words.
If problem persist, see a doctor!
