A 40-year-old Army havaldar was arrested for allegedly raping his 15-year-old daughter in Naraina area of Southwest Delhi.
WHY WILL A FATHER RAPE HER DAUGHTER
The police said they received a complaint from a local resident, a retired brigadier, that a girl was being raped by her father. However, she could not complain as he kept threatening her with dire consequences.
